We are excited to announce that we will be retiring our plastic fobs and house charge accounts in favor of a new software and technology system. This change will allow us to improve the security of our facilities, streamline our operations, and provide you with a more convenient experience.

Here are some of the benefits of the new system:

• Increased security: The new system will only use mobile app and security camera technology to identify members when they enter the facilities. This will make it much more difficult for unauthorized individuals to gain access.
• Streamlined operations: The new system will automate many of our manual processes, which will free up our staff to provide you with even better service.
• More convenient experience: The new system will allow you to use your payment method on file at point of sale, so you won’t have to carry a fob or remember your house charge account number since both are being sunset as of 17 July 2023.

We understand that change can be disruptive, and we appreciate your patience as we make this transition. We will be providing more information about the new system in the coming two weeks; specifically, regarding the new mobile app download and login instructions.
