Bio

cody bio
Cody Rininger is certified by the National Academy of Medicine as a Professional Fitness Instructor. He also is certified in Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Heart Variance, Nutrition, Neuromuscular Flexibility, Mental and Behavior Performance. He incorporates techniques for concentration, focus, motivation, and even ways to cope with anxiety. He practices what he preaches. Cody personally strives for constant mental and physical self-improvement. He was recently featured in a National Fitness Magazine and was asked to train in the Dominican Republic.

 When not training you or writing your personalized plan, Cody is taking courses 2B at his best for you. His personal struggle with ridicule, weight, diet, and self-doubt has forced him to 2OVERCOME. This allows Cody to utilize his expertise and personal experiences to help others.

Prior to personal training, Cody received his Master’s in Instruction, so has first-hand experience with differentiating personalized instruction, planning, and goal setting. He has also been a lifelong athlete, primarily focusing on football. After high school, he received a scholarship to play at Morningside University, where he received Academic All-American, helped take the team to their first post-season in program history, and was awarded the prestigious Mustang of the Year. After college, Cody went on to play semi-professional football with the Sioux City Stampede for several years.

Cody brings his 2B Imperium training methods, knowledge, and experience to give clients the best overall experience, whether they have been exercising for years, or are beginning their fitness journey.
