Four Seasons is a purpose-driven company with a mission grounded in the member experience as we seek to have a positive impact on the lives of those in the communities in which we operate. Over the past eighteen months we have seriously examined our operations, the member experience, and began the needed work to streamline our organization and make needed investments/improvements.
Prior to reopening from the pandemic shutdown and since that time the following projects were completed to meet the goals set after our internal review:
- New carpet throughout the entire Central campus and Morningside locations.
- New roof over the main building and the brick one.
- Conversion to a different member management cloud-based solution
- Launched the Four Seasons app
- Bundling Fitness on Demand and MercyOne Wellness program as services included in membership dues.
- Special needs certified fitness provider and All Abilities community partner
- Completely new ADA childcare bathroom
- Dramatically improved our ability to communicate with our membership with SMS and push notifications to our app
- Completely new staff with training and belief in our member centric culture
- Integration of a survey program to gather critical feedback from our members regarding our operations and their experience with our organization.
That survey program has been extremely instrumental in understanding and prioritizing our project list. I am excited to announce that a direct outcome from our members input is a complete replacement of all our equipment at the Central campus. This will be a significant undertaking and will require us to close to the membership at the end of July for a few days. All the old equipment will be offered for purchase at attractive discounts. In the coming weeks we will be communicating more detailed information to you and ask that you wait for those communications and refrain from calling or inquiring with our desk staff as it is our desire to ensure accuracy of information shared.
The journey that we began eighteen months ago continues to further strengthen the resilience of our brand and simultaneously positions Four Seasons for long-term growth to the betterment of our membership and community. In closing, we will not lose focus on the top three things our membership identified as most important to them:
- The fundamental need to be seen and experience a feeling of connection to others when at Four Seasons
- Providing experiences that effortlessly fit members lifestyles
- Members have an appreciation of consistent experiences for all interactions/visits to our locations.
