Our previous communications have covered the policies regarding children through various channels. At Four Seasons, we offer childcare services, not daycare. It is important to note that children who are thirteen years old or younger should not be present on our premises without parental supervision. Unfortunately, we have been observing a decline in the situation, with unsupervised children causing disruptions during instructor-led classes, engaging in reckless behavior, and causing damage to property. Moreover, we have encountered instances where non-member parents drop off their children despite being aware of the rules, and some of these children have exhibited disrespectful, aggressive, and uncivilized behavior.
If you are one of those parents who leave your children with us as if we we’re their guardians, please be informed that we will deny them access, ask them to wait in the lobby until you return, and if they misbehave, we will involve the relevant authorities and have them contact you to collect your children.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards those who fail to respect our guidelines, which are implemented to maintain a safe and orderly environment for everyone involved.
